Natural Treatment for Chronic Migraines
Chronic Migraines are often felt in the brain. However, no chronic symptom or disorder is localized to one specific area. This means that other systems and chemicals of the body will often play a role in causing a chronic symptom such as a migraine. With so many possible chemical contributions, testing becomes crucial. Many chronic Lyme treatments fail to understand that Lyme is just another symptom, and that treatment for chronic Lyme must address the whole person, the whole body.
Patients usually feel better after our 5-week treatment program because we are not killing you Lyme
Many treatments for chronic Lyme disease only focus on Lyme disease to get you better. This limits your viewpoint and thus your options to get someone better. You do not have to feel worse to feel better, and when you try and kill Lyme disease, symptoms will worsen. This is especially true for Chronic migraines. Our natural chronic Lyme treatment reveals the clues our body inherently offers. A symptom such as migraines can often be unpredictable and relentless; however, by analyzing an overview of how the brain is handling information you’ll realize it may not be so unpredictable. Many are extremely sensitive to weather, light, sound and other triggers and as the brain becomes overstimulated or over electrified, it starts sending too many signals to target cells and tissues. This overstimulation and overactivation results in more pain and higher sensitivity to incoming pain signals.
Although chronic migraines aren’t always accompanied by widespread pain, the mechanism is extremely similar. As our brains become flooded with fatty toxins, our electrical signaling will increase, resulting in a brain that feels as if it’s on fire. Moreover, this often causes constriction of the blood vessels often resulting in higher blood pressure and sometimes chronic migraines
This increase in electricity and fatty toxin accumulation leads to a significant drop in the body’s defense system (immune system). As the immune system becomes compromised, it leaves individuals extremely susceptible to any sort of infection.
Many health savvy individuals feel like Lyme disease is causing their disorder; however, without immune suppression, pathogens such as Lyme, babesia and bartonella can’t make it past the bodies’ initial defense barriers. Chronic Lyme treatment centers focus on Lyme and sometimes even co-infections, but they often fail to understand why these infections are causing symptoms in the first place.
You can see how interrelated the body truly is and how chronic Lyme treatment must reflect this fact. You can treat chronic migraines successfully without treating and understand the brain, the hormones, inflammation, toxicity, emotional trauma and more. Many chronic Lyme treatments are limited in their approach. By putting all emphasis on Lyme disease, it handcuffs your ability to see the whole picture, and the very real fact that many of your symptoms are not from chronic Lyme disease at all.
Pathogenic infections such as Lyme disease make their way to the brain within 12 hours, further contributing to recurrent Chronic migraines
However, most of the time, the infection that has the largest contribution to chronic migraines isn’t Lyme disease, it is mainly intracellular (inside the cell) infections such as babesia.
Babesia and other intracellular infections tend to crawl within the cell (red blood cells) to wreak havoc to the body and brain. As the bugs begin to invade the cell, they increase the cell’s diameter (width). Red blood cells are about 8 microns in diameter and many blood vessels in the body can be as small as 9 microns (some are even 3 microns!). When babesia crawls within the cells, it will inevitably increase the cell’s diameter, resulting in difficulty in blood, nutrient and waste transport through our bodies’ circulatory system.
This leads to increased blood vessel constriction and high blood pressure as well as Chronic Migraines. Just to give you an idea of the size of our cells – 1,000,000 microns = 1000 millimeters = 1 meter – our red blood cells tend to be about 8 microns. Some may notice the veins on the surface of their skin tend to be small and thin and may also have trouble receiving IVs or drawing blood. Again, migraines and Lyme disease are not isolated issues and chronic Lyme treatment must reflect that.
Every symptom has multiple contributory factors. We have highlighted many of the possibilities and the fact is, that all are possible. Again, this highlights the importance of significant testing in chronic Lyme treatment. Our natural Lyme treatment understands these possibilities and how interconnected the body is and always will be.
One of the most common causes of and definitely the most overlooked cause of headaches or migraines is hypoglycemia. Sometimes helping the effects of migraines is as simple as eating an apple with some almond butter before going to sleep, especially when the migraine occurs in the middle of the night.
In the end, the key to healing Chronic Migraines is utilizing our multifactorial method and protocol that adequately calms the brain and removes fatty toxins, restores proper blood flow and provides oxygen to these starving tissues. All current chronic Lyme treatments must include the whole person!
